Helga Witjes

Helga Witjes is a Deputy for the province of Gelderland on behalf of the VVD, responsible for areas including Finance, Economy and Innovation, and Sports. She believes in the potential of the region and the power of collaboration; you may go faster alone, but together you can go further.

Helga Witjes began her political career as a council member in the municipality of Lingewaard, where she served as an alderman since 2014. Since 2021, she has been a member of the executive board of the Arnhem-Nijmegen Green Metropolitan Region.
